The next Annual  Electors Meeting will be held at the Dowerin Community Club, East Street Dowerin commencing at 6.30pm on Tuesday 20 December 2022. The agenda and attachments will be available the Friday prior to the meeting.

The Annual Report after ratification at the Ordinary Council Meeting will be made available at the meeting.

Annual Electors Meeting 2022 - 29 March 2022

In accordance with Section 5.29 of the Local Government Act 1995, the Annual Electors Meeting for the Shire of Dowerin will be held on:

Time:      6:00pm

Place:     Lesser Hall, Anderson Street, Dowerin

The order of business for the meeting will be to accept the Annual Report for the 2020/21 financial year, and any other general business.

The Annual Electors Meeting is an opportunity for Council to present the 2020/21 Annual Report and for members of the public to ask any questions about the Report and Shire activities for the previous financial year.

To ensure the most accurate and informed responses can be provided to your questions as possible, please submit your question(s) in writing prior to the meeting.  Questions can be emailed, posted or hand delivered to the Shire Office.
