The Shire of Dowerin are seeking a Manager of Corporate Services to oversee the finance team, managing budgets, and ensuring compliance with statutory requirements and the Shire’s policies. The successful candidate will lead and shape the Shire of Dowerin’s financial, administrative, and corporate functions, and also play a key role in strategic planning, supporting community services, and promoting the Shire’s financial sustainability.

With responsibilities across finance, administration, customer service, and homecare, this role requires a blend of leadership, strategic insight, and hands-on management. You’ll be responsible for ensuring the effective delivery of finance-related services and for upholding high standards across corporate functions. Additionally, you’ll coordinate audits, manage the risk program, and provide guidance for continuous improvement in financial and operational practices.
