Intention to Dispose of Property

In accordance with Section 3.58(3) of the Local Government Act 1995 the Shire of Dowerin intends to enter into a lease agreement for the following Council managed property:

• Reserve Number 10614, Lot 35 and 192 on Crown Land Record Volume 3093 Foil 349, Dowerin WA

The lease will be with Dowerin Events Management Incorporated for a period of five years commencing 1 August 2023.

Members of the public are invited to make submissions on the proposal. Submissions are to be in writing, addressed to the Chief Executive Officer and can be sent via email (preferred) to dowshire@dowerin.wa.gov.au, posted to PO Box 111 Dowerin WA 6461 or hand delivered to the Shire Administration Office at 13 Cottrell Street, Dowerin.

Submissions must be received by no later than 12.00 Noon on Wednesday 30 August 2023. Late submissions will not be accepted.
